About the Course

Our Beginner Programme is for students with strong coordination and comfort with open syllabus barre work. It includes traditional warm-up exercises to develop strength and flexibility, and may feature challenging moves like adagio and pirouettes. The instructor will use proper ballet terminology to help refine movements and introduce more complex positions like arabesque. It's a challenging class suited for those looking to refine their skills.

The programme welcomes students aged 12 & above.
