Health & Safety Practices
At Ballet Quarter, we are committed to providing a safe environment for our students to explore and experience dance. As both a sport and an art form, dance requires focus and physical strength and flexibility to keep up with increasing technical difficulty. Building body awareness through proper dance conditioning and understanding of anatomy is integral to our teaching philosophy, and we prioritise this to ensure that our students will carry this knowledge with them throughout their dance journey. Our studios are also fully equipped with Harlequin™ mats, which is the preferred choice for the professional dance industry.
